I Will BE talking in how to use http://www.uploadlive.com for those that dont know.

the first thing you need to do is REGISTER it is free and SAFE.

after you do that. you are free to upload the following/ music,videos,pictures those are the main ones.you will need to click upload its going to say upload to you must put "MAIN FOLDER " under that you will have to put. file exists options. you must uncheck where ti says Creat {IMG}tags and creat thumbnails. make sure that is unchecked. then you will need to scroll down and browse for the file you want to upload in this case i will be uploading <survivor - Eye Of the tiger > once is done u will have to click HTML CODES it will say choose a format make sure u choose the right format if you want muic for myspace u click BACKROUND MUSIC AS A format. and that is how you use that site .

there is another site that many people have came across and dont know how to use it that would be. http://www.photobucket.com and again if you dont know how to use it its ok.

you will need to register a usernam for free. onceu are singed in you MUST click BROWSE and find your pictures mine are usually on a FOLDER called "MYpictures" onceu found it click SUBMIT and there u got it to ge tthe HTML CODE put a check mark next to the picture you want and then scroll al lthe way down and click GENERATE HTML CODE. you will want to copy this code :: under

Once you are there go to google and find a picture you would like as your background. copy the URL of the picture and go back to strike file.

click Edit BACkgournd and click background image

the click Generate CODE.

it will give ua code and then you will copy and simply paste it on myspace. it wil lsay this user used toms tools to costumize there page if you want that gone then do the following after you get your code for example mine is .

now you see the 6th line where it says "i EDITED MY PROFILE with ... erase that from the letter I-- to-- WITH.

and u can put anything like i edited my own profile.
